Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We ship to all European Union countries. If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time Delivery typically takes between 3 and 15 business days, depending on your location and current logistics conditions. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking Most orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to follow your package's journey in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and any active promotions. Orders over 200 RON may qualify for free shipping, depending on the current offer. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Customs & Duties As we ship within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier disruptions.
