RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Request Procedure

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order if they believe there is an issue with the product. Requests should include:

  • Order number.

  • Description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or other relevant evidence.

Failure to provide sufficient information may result in the request being declined.

Review Process

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval or rejection of a return, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund remains at the sole discretion of AyanDrop.shop subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the review process has been completed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
